A Sexy, Spanking Stuntman.

What else could a girl ask for? This alpha male rocks. He jumps off buildings, runs through fire, and doesn't hesitate to spank Belinda, his new girlfriend, when he thinks she deserves it. There's not a lot of the actual stunt action (though there is some, and I loved it), but there's plenty of action between the sheets, and just as much romance. I love all of this author's Dominants, and Blake Berenson is no exception. I could see him in my head, but that's not just because the author made his character so real. I watched the trailer before I read the book, and it brought Belinda, Blake and the villain to life for me. The trailer is also well done, and I hope she does more of them in the future. I also liked Josh, the young stuntman who is Blake's protege and assistant. I hope there's a sequel to this book with Josh as the star. The story of Blake and Belinda closed up nicely (soooo romantic) but there's room for Josh to have is own adventure. Great read, hot as a burning ember and totally entertaining.

Spanking, Sex, Suspense

Another exciting, hot novel from Maggie Carpenter. A sub, Belinda, seeks a Dom on a spanking site and meets Blake, a stuntman. They connect, there is chemistry, and after they have their first date, though because of what he does for a living, she has misgivings. On his way back to his car, Blake confronts a mugger attacking an elderly woman. He is tagged a hero, though Belinda is unaware of this until later, but once she learns about it, she feels confident about going to his house. That's when this story really takes off. The sex between these two is some of the best I've read, and the exciting end to the book is just what I've come to expect from this author. Definitely an excellent read.

This book is what I've come to expect from Maggie Carpenter. SMOKIN' HOT! From their first meeting, I fell in love with Blake and Belinda. The chemistry sizzled off the pages. After concerns and even backing out of a second date, I was so happy when she went to see him. The sex was breathtaking. There'll be no spoilers here, but the plot takes some interesting twists and turns. Hoping for another book in this series soon!
