When I initially bought this book, I was disappointed that it appeared to mostly concern very large gardens and public venues. However, after a few years and thousands of dollars of plants later, I consider this book to be a great value for medium to small gardens.

About the Author

John Romas is a professor and counselor for the Department of Health Science at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Dr. Romas teaches stress and health courses, implements stress-reduction interventions, and conducts workshops and seminars on managing change and promoting health for public schools, state agencies, healthcare organizations, and businesses. Dr. Romas has written numerous books and articles about stress management and health promotion. He is an associate fellow of the Albert Ellis institute.

 

Manoj Sharma teaches for the Health Promotion and Education program at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Sharma has served as a physician or health consultant for many organizations including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the European Union (EU). New for used price ,LOVE AMAZON!

I bought this book on Amazon.My son needed it for college.We figured with it being used it was still worth the money since books for college are very expensive.We paid under ten dollars and to my surprise the book is new.We checked other websites and they wanted over fifty dollars.Thanks to Amazon and the seller we saved lots of money.My advice is check Amazon first save money and time.

Yaakov Shapiro grew up in Conservative, Modern Orthodox, Lithuanian-Charedi and Chabad­-Chasidic Jewish schools, earning rabbinical ordination in the latter. This book is a fantastic resource for laymen and rabbis alike. It explains in simple terms what the halachic great and rabbis of old said about sex.

If your chosson or kallah teacher taught you that you are limited in what you can and can't do, you should get this book so you will know what the real story is, and make a more informed decision.
